Carl Mapada is the driving force behind Ardubot Learning Lab, which he founded in the Philippines in 2015 as a grassroots initiative at the UP Cebu Fablab. A seasoned Sr. Full Stack Java Developer, Carl honed his skills with over 13 years of experience at DATA Inc. His extensive background includes serving as a college instructor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at the University of San Carlos, where he developed the microcontroller curriculum. 

Carl's journey encompasses expert knowledge in Java, Python, and MS SQL, alongside significant achievements in deploying Machine Learning applications for major enterprises like Bank of America. Now based in the U.S., Carl's passion for educating and mentoring shines as he nurtures the next generation of tech innovators with comprehensive STEM learning experiences that began with those Saturday workshops in Cebu.
